A therapist-client relationship is established only after:
Required intake forms are completed

Services are formally initiated

Appointments and Cancellations
Scheduling: Appointments may be scheduled through our online booking system, email, or phone.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in a full session charge, as this time is reserved specifically for you.

Either the client or therapist may end therapy at any time.
Branch Lane Psychotherapy may discontinue services if:
